Hi everyone! The ARTS program is back just in time for the holiday season. We’re happy to be working with Matthews Elementary and Woodland Forrest Elementary again. We need your help in sharing the creative talent from the University of Alabama and the surrounding community with Tuscaloosa’s elementary schools. Please sign up to be a workshop leader! Or, sign up as workshop assistants. Please tell us about your ideas for workshops or other creative demonstrations.

We’ve got some exciting new workshops to offer including one in creative writing inspired by the pedagogical teachings of poet Kenneth Koch and others from  Japanese Outreach Initiative (JOI) representative, Yumi Miyatake.
